Born in Somalia, I moved to Italy at an early age and it was here that my love affair with food began.

At my grandmother’s knee I learned to absorb the passion and produce of Italy and blend it with the spice and soul of Africa.

These are my food memories from the heart of my home, and now I share them with you!
