1 small pack of mozzarella cheese
fresh basil leaves
1 red pepper
Courgettes and fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp Saida Mia Kitchen Mango dipping sauce
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Extra parsley to garnish
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
- Thread the fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes with the basil.
- Then thread the grilled red pepper, mushrooms and courgettes onto BBQ sticks then arrange them in a shallow dish.
- Mix together with olive oil, finely chopped parsley and coriander
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
