Marinated Prawns & Chicken

with Mango & Kiwi & Lemon dipping sauces


650g large prawns
650g of chicken cubes
1 green and red pepper cubed
Half tbsp ground cumin
red chilli powder to taste
2 tbsp olive oil 
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Salt and black pepper to taste


Mix the Prawns and chicken separately with the cumin powder add 2 tbsp Saida Mia Kitchen Kiwi dipping sauce, olive oil, chopped coriander, add to taste red chilli powder. Season with salt and black pepper. Leave for around 15 minutes to marinate then thread the prawns and chicken separately onto skewers then grill.

For the grilled chicken skewers serve with the Mango dipping sauce. For the prawn skewers serve with the Kiwi & Lemon dipping sauce.

Mixed Mozzarella Vegetable Kebabs

Saida Mia Kitchen Mango Dipping Sauce

1 small pack of mozzarella cheese
fresh basil leaves
cherry tomatoes
1 red pepper
Courgettes and fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp Saida Mia Kitchen Mango dipping sauce
1 tbsp  finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Extra parsley to garnish
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper 


  • Thread the fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes with the basil.
  • Then thread the grilled red pepper, mushrooms and courgettes onto BBQ sticks then arrange them in a shallow dish.
  • Mix together with olive oil, finely chopped parsley and coriander
  • Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve with Saida Mia Kitchen delicious Mango Dip
