With Saida Mia Kitchen Mint Sauce

Mint Dipping Sauce

GMO, Dairy and Gluten Free with no added sugar or additives

1 bag of portobello mushrooms
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 sweet potatoes (boiled)
finely chopped garlic
finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon of Saida Mia Kitchen Mint dipping sauce
1 small container of Greek yogurt
fresh spinach leaves
1 red onion
burger buns

Preparation

Grill the mushrooms with olive oil then mix with the onion and garlic. Blend with the mashed sweet potatoes, parmesan, season with black pepper & salt. Add 1 tablespoon of Saida Mia Kitchen Mint dipping sauce then mix everything together. Shape your burgers and fry.

Mix two tablespoons of mint dipping sauce with the yogurt. Place your burger in a warmed bun with the yogurt on top and serve with fresh spinach and red onion to garnish.
