Saida Mia Kitchen Sugo Sauce

Ingredients: tomatoes, tomato puree, rapeseed oil, garlic, coriander, oregano, basil, black pepper, cumin and salt.
GMO, Dairy and Gluten Free with no added sugar or additives.

1 bag of Fiori Pasta (small pasta shapes)
1 jar of Saida Mia Kitchen Sugo sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 clove of garlic chopped
vegetables of your choice chopped and blended
black pepper and salt to taste
garnish with Saida Mia Kitchen Kiwi & Lemon sauce & coriander leaves

Saida Mia Kitchen Minestrone Italian Soup

Preparation

Use a small saucepan with lid continue to add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the chopped garlic heat between 1 and 2 minutes. Continue to add the blended vegetables with half a jar of sugo sauce stir well and add 1 cup of water continue to add as needed for consistency. Bring to the boil and add a quarter of the bag of pasta depending on how thick you want your soup. Serve hot with a little bit of Saida Mia Kitchen Kiwi & Lemon sauce.

Marinated Prawns & Chicken

with Mango & Kiwi & Lemon dipping sauces

Ingredients

650g large prawns
650g of chicken cubes
1 green and red pepper cubed
Half tbsp ground cumin
red chilli powder to taste
2 tbsp olive oil 
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix the Prawns and chicken separately with the cumin powder add 2 tbsp Saida Mia Kitchen Kiwi dipping sauce, olive oil, chopped coriander, add to taste red chilli powder. Season with salt and black pepper. Leave for around 15 minutes to marinate then thread the prawns and chicken separately onto skewers then grill.

For the grilled chicken skewers serve with the Mango dipping sauce. For the prawn skewers serve with the Kiwi & Lemon dipping sauce.
